A good guess but I'm pretty sure what actually happened is that Seungeon's family paid the teacher to give him topper marks and first rank...while Jiwook's Scholarship makes it mandatory for him to be a top student...so Jiwook is in trouble cuz of Seme AGAINNN
Just a hunch. Ji Wook could've failed and it didn't help that he just knew Seung Eon is a genius all this time. It seems he's now blaming seme for failing but worse, for lying.
Their relationship could've been salvageable if only Seme didn't take most of Ji Wook's time by being horny af all the time. If Seme really love Ji Wook, he should've supported him since uke treats his school as if his life is at stake.
I feel the next chaps will be post timeskip. They parted ways but Seung Eon (felt kinda guilty) is still watching Ji Wook.
