If this didn't satisfy you idk what will cause she did nothing wrong. She didn't even think to let them in for a second. Even when he made fun of her she held it together and doubled down. Unless you expected her to pick up a sword or something then idk but imo this was kinda an excellent chapter to show how much she's grown in confidence.
True she got abused all her life and she mustered her confidence to speak even tho she have a hard time socializing because she want to make riftan proud
