Keep it since they are slightly damaged as you said. Beause throwing them away would have no meaning since you cant return them to the store you purchased it from...and dont buy from there again

You may ask for refund, ship it back, request an exchange. However, if the damages counted above are disregarded for the quality then you could complain.
A) Businesses should value customer service and provide as much assistance in reassuring, satisfying their customers. Whatever this place is that you purchased your mangas from, they should allow some sort of compensation (<— is that the right word?? Idk).
B) Complaining might not even work if this company won’t accommodate as necessary. Contacting some person to achieve mutual satisfaction may prolong your interaction with this company. It’s a gamble.
I don’t know a lot. Rather, this is all I’m aware of having purchased and dealt with companies and business related discussions. If the damages really are minor and they continue to deny it then...being you, I’d have to really consider things. Do the tears disrupt your quality of reading? Are the damages worse or better than you’d like them to be? e.g tears are better than stains but are worse than folds/wrinkles. Will the damages cause the product to fall apart easier or not?

I do know what brain damage is. I have a mild brain damage case and I often joke about. I have it from drinking anti-freeze. So yeah I know what it is. I forget a lot of stuff. and often times I become dizzy. it doesn't help that I have it with the 2 neuro disorders I have. anything else???

Hey guys i’m coming on here to talk because on tiktok no one would give me advice. So recently i ordered manga on rightstufanime but a lot of them came in slightly damaged. Like book spine had small corner tears and such. And i hate to say it i’m one of those people that get really agitated from small tears and such. Would you guys keep the manga or?? LIKE IDK WHAT TO DO plus apparently they don’t claim it as damage so :(((
