I actually forgot cause I have read it last year, from what I can remember he got scared but Lucia assured him that his daughter and Damian won't be together romantically and that the two can be just a normal siblings.
Little spoiler the daughter will be so spoiled that the Duke and emperor will compete with each other on who will give the best doll house to their daughters. The emperor will have a daughter too.
Damian and two of his friends will spoiled their daughter. Everything will end well.
What I like about Hue is that he does not blame Lucia for getting pregnant. He is mad at himself for getting duped by Philip. And he is mostly worried about Lucia having a healthy pregnancy and safe childbirth.
