wait, is this sickly guy not the asshole she helped and who ended up abandoning her before?
I need to know before I start shipping her with him since his current character is cute...but then again, it's better if he is the asshole so I can hate him because from the cover, this guy is not the ML and I'm not ready for 2nd ML syndrome to kick in that's why i'd rather he turns out to be an asshole and makes me hate him
