Yes they are half siblings... Apparently the previous king had a thing for the married duchess and forced her... Which is how the golden eyed jerk was born... The Duke even spared him and raised him as his own... And look at the outcome he still became a fucking asshole who uses his younger brother (the son of the duchess and the Duke).
