I think it's cause the doctor uses his alpha pheromones to push down the other alpha (they're both alphas) and he finds pleasure in making the other alpha nauseous and having him submit to him (some people find it toxic). But I personally like the second couple, it's not often you see an alpha x alpha couple in detail like this, imo it's not really toxic since they're both consenting adults, plus I think they suit each other personality-wise so I like them

Yeah and tbh it's showing a new dynamic to omegaverse, it makes sense that with an alpha couple one would have to submit to the other due to the nature of alphas, so it's not really something you can brush over, it's more interesting to explore it and see how their relationship develops - I think they provide a good balance to the the main couple's story
Ikr and seeing an omega with alpha likes features in this too is amazing this is one of the only omega verses I’ve read most of them are really rapey and have toxic relationships
