the diff is that this one has the sex scenes. there were sex scenes at diff parts that were cut out in the shonen ai ver i don’t remember which ch sadly
Like there's hardly a difference only that little skin and lightsaber are shown...period. I wish the smut scenes were longer cause the love that the king and the minister share is so Passionate ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶....

Ummm isnt everything exactly the same as the shounen ai one???? I dont see much differences i was excited when i saw the title ╥﹏╥
