They’re just telling their feelings so it’s not like they’re dating and even if they are, it’s important to talk about it with your partner if you’re okay with it and what’s not. Communication and consent in a relationship is important. Kissing someone when you have just confessed your feelings and they haven’t even accepted is honestly not ok. (for me at least)
