this is my theory.....
the seme is the director and kept the uke in the company bc he likes him sexually..the manager I think mentioned that she was confused to why the uke was still in the company w his attitude and the other guy said bc of the director wanted to keep him..
I think the staff saying his back hurt was just pure coincidence. The seme I think was jerking off because the uke slightly touched him when they were sitting at the dinner. So when they both came out of the bathroom, the uke misunderstood.
