I think most people don't like the way Harada (in particular in this story that treated a very delicate subject as pedophilia) portrays them. I think Harada's trying to show the story through the eyes of Yui (who's clearly unstable and well, scarred by his trauma) and kinda romanticized the whole thing as if he didn't just go through sexual assault (i'm not saying Harada romanticized it but that Yui did)
Even though I would've preferred if it wasn't treated like this, I can see how that helps the narration of the story. It's a delicate subject as I already said and I think it's wrong to judge people who don't like this kind of story telling, it feels disgusting because you're seeing through Yui's eyes without actually having experienced the same trauma, and so, without actually having the same unstable mind that allowed this "love" to exist to begin with.
God these fucking snowflakes, It has a psychological tag for a reason. Calling this work disgusting is just dumb. If you couldn't handle it, fuck off cause of you can't see what this masterpiece portrays then this aint for you. Drop this story and go back to your fluffly manga
