Theres no warning and it's presented as a cute/sad backstory shounen ai story but the seme is manipulative and a psycho.
Dropping it at ch17. It's a no from me. Uke is in love with him so the entire thing is framed as cute or whatever. Yikess

He injured himself on purpose and then faked still being hurt so that the uke would feel guilty and stay with him. That's psycho behavior 101 that's a massive red flag.
