There are quite a lot of questionable things happening here but I'm glad the mc actualyy dies question it and does not just go with the flow. But since it's another work from this artist(not sure if it's the same author) My guess is that there's a reason or point for all of these. I dont know why but I'm curious about a bunch of things like why the age requirement?, why did the emperor in the apst somehow changed according to the mc, why is the ml acting like this, and on chapter 3, he called her a bait and we see his slight pov and how he saw her soul(?) Like the adult or so ver of mc, so does he know that the fl is different somehow?? But I guess it adds a but of mysteriousness on the plot so I 'll wait and look forward to how things get executed. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
