Because of the punctuation and grammatical errors. The grammatical errors (though few and not too bad) are common to people who read and write English as a second language. And the punctuation is a dead giveaway. In Spanish you put the same punctuation that comes at the end of the sentence at the beginning of the sentence and upside down at that. Well, not all punctuation, but question marks and exclamation marks. As I said, it was kind of a dead giveaway.
