Well i like any kind of story, as long the plots good, so i kept reading and i started to lowkey really love seme's reaction. The things he does might make you not want to read anymore, which is understandable, but later on he gets less hateable. So i think it'd be worth it to finish reading with me. Although it's understandable as well if u still don't like seme by the end.
hmm...if you think the seme can be redeemed and forgiven, I would say you should continue. If you don't think he can be forgiven for everything he's done, drop it.

I can't remember clearly but I think (memory is foggy) the seme actually apologizes for what he did, it isn't just randomly forgotten which happens way too many times in yaoi. It's not excusing what he did but at least he acknowledges what he did was fucked up.
Okay wait hold on, I really can't remember. DON'T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. I've read so many yaoi that they all kind of blend together. I don't know if it's this manga or another one with a similar cover where the seme apologies and tries to distant himself from the uke. I REALLY CAN'T REMEMBER. Someone will most likely correct me if I'm wrong.
And I'm really contemplating if I should continue reading this cuz I HATE the seme. Is this story worth the read?
