Y’all have got to be fucking kidding me

Honestly a lot of this fandom actually grosses me tf out even tho I love this series and I love Vanitas and Noe. I think the two make for a very interesting ship dynamic but I ain’t complaining bc Jeanne and Vanitas make SO much sense esp coming from Jun Mochizuki. She’s a fucking genius and it shows and I hate that fujos are ruining it just bc y’all’s ship isn’t canon. Fujos are a fucking disease istg and idec if y’all come at me for this bc I said what I said. Y’all are so loud when it comes to fictional characters but when it comes to actual literal ppl being hate crimed for being queer y’all stay silent as fuck foh. NOE AND VANITAS ARENT EVEN REAL GET OVER IT JFC. Even if u ship them it’s fine just don’t start disrespecting the work and the author like who tf raised yall to be this brainless and rude???

Also to the ppl who keep saying that they don’t buy Vanitas x Jeanne bc it feels too rushed, HAVE YALL NOT BEEN PAYING ATTENTION???? Vanitas literally believes that he’s unlovable and disgusting and that’s why he wanted to fuck around with Jeanne in the first place bc he firmly thought SHE’D never love him too bc she literally hated his ass. His feelings at the beginning are VERY clearly shallow and he barely even knows what love is even tho he throws the word around toward Jeanne. It’s obvious that at the beginning Vanitas doesn’t actually love her and is simply toying around with her bc he thinks she’s attractive and fun to mess around with. The plot twist is that Jeanne is actually the cutest fluffiest sweetheart and she ends up charming him too after they build up a relationship based off of mutual respect (and after a shit tonna angst). Jeanne realizes that Vanitas is actually kind hearted asf and her hatred goes from respect/admiration to a crush. On the other hand, right when Vanitas thought that he’d never be loved by another living being, Jeanne proves him wrong. EVERYTHING he thought about himself is flipped upside down bc of her. These two constantly end up saving each other from physical dangers AND from themselves (Vanitas helps her not to lose control while Jeanne shows him what it means to actually love). They literally complete one another when it comes to romance like what is not clicking.

I cannot believe that I am this heated and writing essays on the internet bc some of y’all have bad reading comprehension skills. The fact that this manga is already so underrated but the fandom is just made up of dumbasses smfh. Jun Mochizuki does not deserve this bs like literally Noe and Vanitas are ripping each other’s necks off rn but all y’all wanna talk abt are the ships zzz

ALSO why do ppl equate romance to bad storytelling???? Ofc things don’t always have to be romantic and I’m all for platonic storytelling but romance can also add depth to characters like it does in this manga. It makes us understand their outlooks on things and esp how they feel abt themselves. Literally the plot isn’t even driven by romance but y’all still be complaining so much????

Fr fr. They say Jeanne and Vanitas has no build up, I mean excuse me? Are we gonna ignore the whole Chloe arc? Or the fact that Vanitas has the biggest impostor syndrome in the history of impostor syndrome? And how Vanitas is helping her to get her agency back? HELLO?!
    FUCKING FUJOS ISTG.
Also the ones who are whining about the romance, excuse me ya dumb twats - is the romance hindering the plot in ANY way?

Finaly someone with sense and basic human understanding, those other ppl clearly don't pay attention to the development of the characters, instead they turn a blind eye to any scene pertaining to vanitas and jeanne just bc they don't want to believe that they are in love with each other then when the "big reveal" happens they act all surprised and says it don't make sense, Y'ALL WERE THE ONES THAT WEREN'T PAYING ATTENTION.

Yeah, because shipping two fictional men together must mean people can't talk about the hate crimes against queer people? What the fuck kind of logic is that?

I am queer myself and I can ship two men together and also raise my voice against my people being discriminated against. The two are not mutually exclusive at all.
