the way he treats the MC after he just comes back from a coma was disugsting, there are no other words to describe how horrible the ex was. and even after that when the MC needed his support, he throws him away like trash, waving his new bf like he all big and mighty instead of you know, acting like a human being to someone that is sick and needs support. not even has a lover or friend, but has a human being that see someone sick!

Like let's say you're the new lover (ignore the fact that you might be an asshole -i think that's just justification to hate the dude) and you saw your lover with his old fling how'd you feel? he won't have misunderstood is the ex was clear about it. the MC isn't an idiot and the fact the ex does not trust him, show he does not really love him like he "claim". and no, to act human does not mean you have feelings for someone, that not how it works.
and no I don't give a damn about the new lover, he had no need to know about it cause it isn't his fucking business, it simple as that! if the new lover can't get people to have a past and accept their past, then he is toxic and you should not stay with him! a real lover will accept you with all your past and trust you even if you help someone from your past.
