I think that she is involving her personal feelings way too much and that will ruin her. She should only focus on creating compromise about black magicians not being hunted down, her emotions will get in the way.
to me that's like agreeing a nazi has the right to get his revenge for losing the war...black magic in this world is something purely harmful and forbidden, they weren't killed because they were being oppressed, they were killed because they were a threat to everyone else
First of all, let’s not compare this to ww2 because that’s insensitive.
just because black magic is “bad”doesn’t mean they deserved to die. Not everyone was going to use it for bad nor turn out to be villains or something. The empire saw them as bad people because they had holy powers, it’s the dark vs light typa thing. Even if they used black magic, children were still killed and the villain(I forgot her name lol) had to grow up without parents.
I also want to clarify that I don’t agree with her actions. She shouldn’t be involving innocent people and her actions continue to harm others, however her feeling of revenge is understandable.
