but its like that with so many BL's even the popular ones like Finder, Crimson Spell, Painter of the night, K's secret, Warehouse, Caste heaven, etc. It's just that often time the uke magically falls in love after being raped/ assaulted the first time lol. Here it took some time and happened multiple times thats why it feels more disturbed
exactly but i’m still hoping for some retribution though at least other manhwas/mangas give the perpetrators some sort past trauma to explain their disturbing behaviour (like killing stalking or POTN) although it doesn’t justify it. I have only seen one manhwa where the rapist actually goes to jail and it’s Crash into me (to me it’s part of rape culture and i’m kind of part of the problem for reading this but yeah tired of these violent acts being portrayed in BL)
unpopular opinion but being friendzoned/only friends with benefits is a luxury he shouldn’t be able to afford. He deserves to be in jail (imagine if this wasn’t fiction) i really hope they don’t get together in the end the man is a walking red flag not to mention sex offender, blackmailer, manipulator and he literally doesn’t feel remorse (the only reason he feels bad is because he’s fallen in love with him)
