leo has trauma from gettingg hurt time after time and threw aside time after time. don't forget he have been a slave before he met arte. the first that was nice to him and gave him hope was arte. he has been hurt most of his life before he met arte. people with trauma have different ways of coping.
I myself also push people away to protect myself..i know its selfish but thats the only way for to cope and keep myself from getting hurt and ofc i'm in treatment for my ptsd. so i kinda understand that for leo it's not right to gibe haral hope when he himself cant trust anyone wholeheartedly yet.
it's also very cruel to the other person to give them hope when there isnt. it will hurt haral too to see leo suffer from his broken heart and unable to move on while being with haral. so being together while leo isnt ready can mean that it could hurt both of them. just give leo some time to trust in love again.

i understand leo that it is really hard to be in a relationship especially when u already got hurt
bur this time i can assure you leo that in harals eyes you r the only person the make the sky glow for him
haral may be so annoying to you sometimes but he is just cute and making you look towards him more so
