I love the smexy scene and how hot Keichi is and how cute Shingo is. But I cant help feeling that things got resolved too quickly for them.

Yeah, really. Sure, it was great Shingo was honest about his part of the problem but keichi still doesn't realize him communicating stuff like "I'm moving to America for a year" is important.

The whole problem was Shingo's insecurities and Keichi not being able to handle the situation or not handling it well.

Keichi is a flawed character in most of the readers minds as he is possessive, arrogant, calculating, cold (at times) and comes off as a jerk occasionally.
He is not the best seme because of his characteristics, but Shingo excepts him being this way, when he really shouldn't, and that's probably why everyone is so annoyed at the turn this series did. Well that and the lack of character development.

All I want are the fluffies and smexiness from the previous manga shown here.

Well, some development was necessary for a series with so many books but the execution was poor. Should have stuck to fluff and Smex when all I was looking for was "sorry, I need to communicate more" or however he would say it. Otherwise, I've overlooked all of his flaws.

Exactly! Shingo overlooks all of Keichi's flaws because he himself is insecure and he needs Keichi. To You and me we know that its not a very healthy relationship, that Shingo is kinda being made to play to Keichi's tune (so to speak).
