im so confused what does the note in the beginning mean by "discomfort"?

lol i was thinking the same thing....but then I thought China and their odd censure on gay/lesbian relationships. i think it was the unambiguousness of their relationship in a bed without being fully clothed that might cause "discomfort". but its been over a 100 chapters, we already know its a shounen-ai by now....i was very comforted
