I'm a bit surprised about the reactions on Keiichi. I just want to throw out some points. First, I think it has been implied that the coldness was from the role he was playing. Me, I'd say part of it was. Second, someone mentioned Keiichi hasn't developed but I think the other part of the reason he was being sort of cold is that he has found a new way to deal with Shingo, to try and keep him, maybe because he's realized something from their recent experience. Third, I think Keiichi's sentiments towards the foreign dude has been settled in the more recent chapters. I think the dude's more of a threat to the older brother's relationship, and not even a heavy one but one mixed with humor. I'll admit I'm curious about exactly it is Keiichi's thinking but I don't feel like the deep craving to get back together is one-sided.

I'm a bit confused on your theory. Can you give more detail?

I think it was less of a theory than a bunch of reasons why people shouldn't be too up their ass about Keiichi. But if you point out what confuses you I can try to clarify if you still need me to.

Sorry. I clicked annoyed by mistake instead of reply. Anyways the whole. Chapter. I don't get of the implied stuff. I mean what does that director mean .-.. Maybe you can explain in detail what you got from that chapter.

This couple has been though a lot and sometimes it just feels right to be pursued. Keiichi wasn't being all that brutal but maybe trying to protect his heart. Shingo has been running hot and cold trying to make Keiichi prove that he want discard him ever. How much should Keiichi deal with before he says enough? This time it was right for Shingo to go and say what he truly feels if the relationship truly mattered I hope it ends well I like them both together,

If you meant about what the director said in the most recent chapter, about something being a big problem and Keiichi being too into the character, I think the implications are simpler than what others are trying to get out of the statements. The first statement must have just meant that it was problematic to mess the job and the suit, to back-out on an important commitment to the director, of which the details we are yet to find out, maybe. The second statement was spoken by the director because he firsthand just experienced it when Keiichi glared at him, possibly because the actor didn't want to be hindered from doing what he was planning to do with Shingo. As I've said before, the statement also implies that one reason Keiichi was acting cold is because he's overlapping with his fictional character.
Towards the end, we see Keiichi display his possessiveness over Shingo which, although wasn't as fluffy as he usually does it (because what do you expect from someone who was told by their boyfriend he wanted to break up without explaining why despite his attempts to understand?), was still there as proof that he wants to be back with Shingo as much as Shingo wants to be back with him.
I just want to add that I didn't hate what Shingo did, I understood him and I did get bothered about Keiichi being secretive in the earlier chapters but it shouldn't be too easy to forget that Keiichi didn't knw as much as we readers do and vice versa and that the author built the character not to perfectly (or more accurately, try to perfectly) reason like we do.
I'm sorry, I'm not sure but this could've just been more confusing but this is all I can give you.

That cleared up a lot of what people were saying. It was a big help. Thanks! I was so confused once people started discussing the hidden foreshadowing and I was like, "I don't get what you're all talking about! I want to know!" But I must admit, as much as I am happy about the two of them being back together, it still begs the question, "Just what is Keiichi thinking or even planning?" His emotions are completely makes one question what he's up too. As another person commented, he's not himself. I guess you can say.
