What culture do you think " Alibaba" is based on? Culture appropriation isn't a problem in this story but in many others. As many artists take inspiration by other peoples culture which is amazing because representation, we love it. Though to some people who look at it might think "oh this is similar to this culture so that's probably what they wear." It just brings a lot of stereotypes.
Yep like how arabs culture have been always misrepresented as Indian and tbh as arab im tired of this shit and tired of how much this is disrespectful to me and my culture as long as I remember theres smth called google that has tons of information of other cultures that ppl can read FOR FREE but nah they would rather represent us as indians than arabs because they r too lazy to read about other cultures（￣へ￣）
In the beginning, I was very excited the MFL seemed very confident and intelligent even though she was like a common girl. Love, love, love the older brother like plz marry me. I don't like any of the MML except for the one with brown hair but it still doesn't feel right since he can see his sister in the MFL. Also can we talk about culture appropriation in ch 27??
