I believe someone said earlier that the bitch girl is actually the one who is infertile, not the Empress and that they took those records of her being infertile. So if that is true, I think Nilla also isn't infertile, they just switched her records w/ the bitch girl bc they wanted their specific family to become the Empress (Nilla in the last life, our babe in this life).

So that does mean nilla is infertile? Because they chose the present empress because they thought that she's infertile (witch is not) because the doctor faked it
