Agreed （￣へ￣）. I'm starting to get really annoyed by the repetitive shitty MLs and the flimsy reasoning behind their behavior towards MC.
Sure, *kindness* may be an attractive part of MCs nature; but if you obsess over one trait without respecting and appreciating everything else MC has to offer you're just a deluded halfwit infatuated with a one-dimensional fantasy version of MC.

They Ignis and Letio are both obsessed with her.
And according to the spoilers Ignis's only right hand man was the one who deliberately let the FL's mentally ill father out so she can demonstrate her true power to save him from monsters. All because Ignis wanted "her" no matter what. And his trusted man chose to put Selena's father in danger. It seems he never revealed that fact to her...
While I aknowledge how subversive this story is, I don't find it very funny since the FL is always at the mercy of the powerful bored childish wizard ML who treats her like a entertaining toy...
I personally just don't like the power dynamic between them.
I prefer Beware Of The Villainess, The Lady's Butler, The Pet Of The Villainess and The Stereotypical Life of an Reincarnated Lady.
Why don't you try to read this instead? The ML's here aren't your typical ML. They really cared for the FL and respect their privacy and their feelings.

I did read them and I wish they were the norm!
Respectful caring empathetic honest MLs who respect boundaries are currently not in the majority.
The ML in The Villainess Lives Twice is a real darling.

And because the og heroine was allowed to let roam free...
In the 3rd arc the heroine with a new sacred sword attacked ML and made him amnesic. MC took efforts to reclaim ML again though the latter wanted to break his engagemnt with her and when MC was fed up with his rejection and quit in tears then ML turn 180° and like her?! Instead of a heartfelt apologise he also use his male charm to force her to forgive him ( submission by kisses) the MC settled for the fact ML choose her even if he didn't remember her...
And now as a 30 years old adult I getting more and more tired of the trope "The obsessive Tsundere or Psycho ML bothering the FL who really wants nothing to do with them and a peaceful modest life."
In almost every Fantasy Romance novel comic one or more male characters becoming obsessed with her. They never ever accept NO for an answer. They keep bothering her until she is coersed/give in.
Why does showing kindness, raising, saving the ML or any male characters means automatically they will fall in love with you???
