I read the novel and I think the sister is wicked in a spoil self observe way
Will have to see if manga has her the same way
She might be dumb but not innocent. She's manipulative af.
From the raws it looks like the little sister isn't malicious or out to get the mc, she's just really dumb and really spoiles
