I like when my intuition is confirmed... but were they speculating like me or was that a spoiler?
Hmm... am I do the only one who gets the feeling that the Marquis and her sister weren’t actually together? Like maybe they hung out a lot to create that rumor (maybe it was one of her sister’s ploys), but somehow I don’t feel like they’ve ever actually been lovers.
I’d love it if the sister’s agenda had nothing to do with betrayal, but something deeper. I also had the sense before that she might have had the FL’s best interest at heart, but I guess I’ll need more chapters... wait and see, it is.
