Chiwoo did the first move and kissed hwan, which led to Hwan having sex with Chiwoo. First, It's not rape, why? Chiwoo kissed Hwan without his consent, that is considered a sexual assault. Hwan had sex with Chiwoo because of the kiss, and I know Chiwoo didn't give consent for Hwan to have sex with him, but let's not forget that Hwan also didn't give consent for Chiwoo to kiss him.
