Hey there! The reason this is super uncomfy is because people who are drunk cannot consent. While yeah, it is a grey area that Hwan may have been drunk too, it still looks like Chiwoo is way more under the influence. You also gotta take into account that they aren't even in a relationship, so Hwan could've easily taken advantage of Chiwoo's drunkness.
