probably why abel trusts the priest right off the bat too. GAH im getting tingles this is so interesting i wish there was axtually a story like that where the first book is a total lie and the readers have to figure it out or something!
Ok so priest is definitely evil. He also seems to have the ability to make people trust him. It could be the scent in the room that she noticed and it also explains why Hades immediately agreed with the priest and not her. He has some kind of power.
I also bet that he’s the reason that the kid loses control and kills Hades in the og. Why? Because he’s the most OP person out there so why wouldn’t they want to control him? And they do in the original story because they have the only saintess that can help him.that’s why in the og story the priest takes care of the kid immediately after Hades dies.
