idk man irl it is really like that and it’s that bad, the hateful shit ppl say becomes actual ideation and you push away people who you love because of your own fear but also fear that they will be ostracized for it. i wish it was that easy to solve author is really spot on with this one
i'm a lesbian so i get it but also it's a little goofy watching two characters who would be willing to be w each other despite external homophobia but not getting tgt because they're trying to be considerate for each other like idk just kiss YKNOW fcgvhbj
their problems are real but the dialogue is so funny im sorry they could solve their conflict w just a little tweaking in mindsets
