Um so I don't know what was going through their heads when they made Sunday a servant. Like there were many things you could've done. I.e train him to become one of Chloe's first people or maybe a playmate since he gets her. Like u say how attached Chloe was to him yet y'all still dun him dirty

Letting a commoner become a playmate for the princess, really now? And do you know that to become a royal knight, especially their personal one, you need to have at least some social status?
What you think isn't bad, but if they really doing it first time, they wouldn't be nobles and royal, now would they?

Don't these things usually have a commoner squad aswell and it's not like he doesn't have backing. He's the Princesses closet friend and I feel like if they wanted her to be happy all in all they should've taken Sunday into account. And not have him work like a servant and it also seemed like they conditioned him to treat her differently and that's good and all for outside manners but when it's just them I think it's fine for them to be just Sunday and Wednesday again. But even when they reunited he was so solemn and depressing. It's like they erased the whole basis of his personality.

Also if they can't go the royal night path they can definitely go for having him as one of her people and educating him, finding what he has aptitude in and loyalty wouldn't be an issue here either.

Those commoner squads are like first/second sodiers in modern time. Now, do you think a president would let his daughter be personally guarded by a first sodier?
Beside, we only saw 2-3 frames of him being servant, we need more to be able to demetermine if he's forced/treated badly, etc. All we saw is him moping the floor, and that's something a servant would do.

The royal paying for education for a commoner? Again, you need to think about this from this era pov, not a modern one where compulsory education is a norm.

I know I'm thinking about this era but my opinion is heavily based on the fact that Sunday is her only friend and the princes and everyone want to make her happy so they should've considered making him one of her first people since loyalty now wouldn't be the issue. I feel like Ur looking too much into the era and not taking into account the relations he has with the princess and how that'd be advantageous to him. Also I'm giving examples from manhwas in the same era that have had something similar. alot of the time when these royals have secret squads or shadows they usually take poor kids from the slums who no one would look for and have them trained excessively to protect them.
