I also used to think so, BUT
Someone said Louis was drugged that night by duke waiton (idk hoe to write this bitchs name), but apparently he ended up with the prince. I think it may have been an aphrodisiac, and if that was so there would be no other way to help him since doing nothing would cause him even more pain, and it would be better than the other duke doing it.
Its also possible that the prince didnt know he was drugged since he told him to call him. If he knew his condition he wouldnt have expected him to remember and do so
So he is the father but still I'm not sure of their relationship. His pregnancy was against his will so i don't rly ship them truely ^-^
