yeah, you can try to email them, but i'll give you a warning that the chances of getting them to respond are kinda low. my account got restricted in october last year and i emailed them for months and never got a response. though, i've heard that some people have gotten their accounts un-restricted. it's worth a shot ig
hmm .. idunno . my other new accnt got rstrcted too dunno whats the reason. I emailed them. i did receive a response but still got no changes.
