True true. It also doesn't make sense to drop things.
When your sympathetic response (fight or flight) is active, all your muscles clench real tight.
I may even unconsciously squeeze the bread in my arms while running away, but never drop it.
Hell, if a killer chased me and successfully killed me. In my last moments, it is very plausible that I may think "why am I still holding my bread?"
my only issue with this is why tf are the characters just throwing away/dropping the loaves of bread like that if that was me i’d be holding on to it for dear life even if i was escaping from someone lmao what a waste
