I think his attitude probably stems alot from the trauma in his past. You will see more of that hinted at in the upcoming chapters
Actually, being an introvert doesn't relate to his attitude.. I'm an introvert, yet I've never talked to anyone in such a disrespectful way.. I just stay quiet and mind my own business..
