This manga is awesome to me. I think we all expected it to he heavy with the love triangle and it might have been the author’s intention when it first began, but it really turned into a slice of life where the three mains are growing as people and figuring themselves out through the obstacles they face, etc.
As far as the romance goes... there’s not much of that going on, but you still get the feeling that it can happen at any time because the FL has been building her relationship with almost every guy so far. guys:
- I don’t think she and Kousuke (brown haired older brother who already graduated from college and works in his father’s company) have a chance in hell of ever being an item because they’re so incompatible. While his intentions are pure, he still spends so much time criticizing and patronizing her that I can’t imagine ever wanting to be with a guy who speaks to her the way he does and you can tell she’s always irritated or on edge when he comes around. However, people still ship them together maybe because some love him still (I don’t) and who knows what’ll happen if the author chooses to have a time skip. Realistically though, I wouldn’t hold out hope for them, so I’m glad I don’t ship them.
- She and Dieter (the blonde guy who has a crush on her ) have more of a friendship/situationship rather than anything tangible going on now. It’s like it sneaked up on her, so she’s not as reluctant to be around him. I wouldn’t mind then happening honestly because he’s drama-free and I think she needs that right now.
- she’s actually grown very close to Yeongji (red head brother whose family treat like shxt since he’s clearly the product of an affair) as she’s actually learned to be a lot more opened with him and even goes as far as seeking him out now. Like every time one of them is down, the other shows up. Their friendship really is the best thing right now and I hope they’re endgame.
I don’t know where you last stopped though, so I can’t give you a proper recap. It’s definitely worth the re-read, though. There’s a short recap about the last few chapters in chapter 139, I think, since the webtoon is no longer on a hiatus.
