(My opinion, gunna be a long analysis though) Sorry to break it to you but Makoto's been shot in both of his legs and he's being r*ped. Now I can understand why you would think Makoto was enjoying himself because he's making those noises. But if you actually look in the beginning half he wasn't. It wasn't until later when Mima was on call to Ai that you could hear Makoto making noises. And I think Mima was being sarcastic and trying to rile Ai up when he saying Makoto having the time of his life. Now the first time I saw this I knew that Makoto was actually screaming in pain and not pleasure. You can visibly tell Makoto is being pushed down and the r*pist is being aggressive. And you hear one fuck from Makoto in there assuming he's frustrated. And if you look at his face he looks like he's in pain. Now I know there is a fine line between moans and screaming in pain. Like the noise 'ah' for example can be made when your having sex or beaten up. And same for 'ugh'. The trick is to look at the situation and the expression on their faces. Or maybe even look how the noises are usually done by the author when actual pleasure is being made.
For example, a person likes eating cake. Now imagine if that person was beaten up and now cake was been shoved down his throat. The pleasure that the person would usually get is not overridden by the pain. It's like the pleasure of the eating cake experience is numbed out by the pain in your mouth and throat. And to be honest at that point I'd be surprise is you could even taste the cake in that moment anyways. And don't forget the additional injuries you got prior to the cake shoving and now your immobile and you can't even physical stop the person. So your just sitting there in pain having cake shoved down your mouth. And no doubt you'll make noises. And now if we had an actual audio of the Makoto r*pe scene I guarantee that those noise were actually screams of pain. Mixed in with sadness and humiliation. And frustration.
And also adding on for example Ai during the sex scenes with Makoto didn't make any moaning noises. Didn't mean he didn't feel any pleasure. Maybe due to pride or nochalance. (Considering his confession in the manga I can only assume it was his pride). Now when I think about Makoto I'm gunna assume even IF he did feel any of the pleasure sensation during the r*pe scene, he wouldn't have even allow himself to even moan out of pride. If you get what I mean.
Dont get me wrong I have been wanting an Ai top and Makoto bottom, but after seeing this traumatic event I wouldn't mind if Ai stays a bottom forever.
But then again this is all just my opinion and I could be wrong ahahahhahahahaha

I haven't seen it. But I do see authors draw simillar characters throughout their works. Have simmilar plots or story lines. Recycling shit. But to be honest sometimes it's good if I actually like their style. I have been wanting an Ai as the top or seme. Not only just cause he looks and fits the stereotypical seme but because I want him to be the one to 'love' Makoto and Makoto to receive Ai's 'love. As we can see when they were younger Makoto never recieved any love and the closest to 'love' he recieved was the praises from the (fuck forgot his name like father figure man) who only did that when makoto was violent. So he learnt to be violence was the way to receive 'love'. And when they were kids he used to want to get close to his brother but he would be shunned by the mother and made to feel like shit. And as we see throughout shit like Makoto having sex and being violent towards Ai. Makoto using sex to love or become closer with his brother. And his brother on the recieving end. Like the brother is accepting Makoto's love and affection. And Ai violence towards Makotos also makes me think back to the father figure who used to praise for his violence. (This is positive reinforcement, and he will repeat this behaviour. Kinda like he's been trained). So I think Ai uses sex and violence/aggression as like communication. Like when we see Makoto uses sex and aggression to get the 'love' from Betty that he never recieved from his mom. (Since Betty resembles his mom. Now it's sad that he uses force or aggression towards Betty almost like he's desperate for his mother's love and even willing to accept illusory love). We see Makoto as the seme as they are usually the ones in control and power. To me I really did wonder if Makoto could even be capable of being an uke, considering the fact that would require him to be vulnerable and exposed and accept/receive the 'love'. Which is one of the reasons I really wanted Makoto and Ai to switch. Because I wanted Makoto to know that no he won't be slapped away, shunned or neglected for wanting 'love'. (Considering when they did it, Ai would be so passive and nonchalant that Makoto wouldn't feel if the 'love' was ever reciprocated or even mutual.) And for Ai to learn to be more honest and active and break the mentality that he's feels it's his duty to care for Makoto or a burden to bear. Having seen the r*pe scene with Makoto on the recieveing end was devastating. Now I know that Makoto and Ai will probably near impossible. Considering his first time receiving 'love' would be out of hate and revenge from Mima who thought of Makoto engaging in sex with men (Betty) was disgusting. And now first time Makoto is receiving 'love' it's traumatic and unwanted and violent. It's a running pattern of him being shamed and hurt all from wanting to be loved / give love. (He probably felt worthless and incapable of being loved or mutually loved before Ai saved him from drowning.) And Mima using r*pe as a way to punish Makoto for being gay (or rather than gay I would say Makoto's language of love). And Ai didn't reject Makotos sexual advances, and it was probably at that moment Makotos realised he could be the closest and most intimate with Ai. And not be rejected. And now he is uses sex as a tool to give/recieve love. But even then he was probably ashamed and embarrassed and confused of his own feelings and actions towards his brother.
The thing is the author made two characters and their background so well. That I was captivated by them. Their dynamics. Their struggles. Their desires. I was empathising and sympathising with them and rooting for them. And that r*pe scene was traumatising that I wanted to stop reading but I am way too invested now. I have to dissociate from the characters at times like this to remind myself that once again it is fictional and they are not real.

There are tropes such as tops and bottoms who never change and one's that do. And semes which are r*ped and too traumatised to bottom (like the one you mentioned and I wouldn't be suprised if the same thing happens in this one). Then you have semes finding redemption by being turned into ukes. (Which does work ahahah)

I sometimes wish the author would take the readers and the characters (even if they ain't real people) into more consideration. Like is a brutal r*pe scene really necessary. And be like squash. If it's the right amount it's good, if it's too much it's nasty.
