She wasn't being mean the whole trip lol.She was being really patient with the kid. She just snapped at the end. Besides, considering her character and temper, I think she did enough. I also think she never had to handle kids younger around her before. I don't think she's fond with kids too. Her behavior is understandable. Ani's anxiety is understandable and so is Jinny's snapping.
I didn't really mean "mean" which is why i put it in quotations but she hasn't been nicest and she doesn't have to be. Also i'm not trying to put blame on Jinny or anything. I said this bc of all the comments hating on a child for being a child but I could've worded it better.
. . . Ani is 8 and has never left her village or mother before. She has every right to cry and be scared. Not only that but Jinny has been 'mean' to her during the whole trip.
