It’s not child grooming as her intentions was never in a sexual or romantic direction towards him, but it’s definitely not morally right. Imagine raising a child and later on having feelings or being in a relationship with them when they’re legal or older. Technically not wrong, but depending on your moral compass it won’t feel right and is quite weird.
