I can't because all three of em neglected her yeah the brother's were worse but that doesn't mean that the father is redeemable he's only acting like this because Penelope gave him a reality check or otherwise he would have acted indifferent like he always did for me he's the biggest asshole because he adopted her in a whim but never looked after her... never saw how she was being treated .. always believed servants and butler's more than his own daughter so I still and never will like him (bit everyone has different opinions so sorry if I offended you lol)
Well everyone needs reality check to change. if the father keeps going like this even until the real main sister come, he is clean in my eyes for now
Its fine, i also don't think he is redeemable for now just because he was given a reality check... i just think he is more tolerable than the brothers...unless he does something that can miraculously redeem himself we forgive him for what he did to penelope, i, personally can't forgive him fully, because scars can heal but they always leave a mark.
I don't know bout y'all but I kinda find the dad tolerable and kinda cute. Though he kinda did put the og villainess in her position in the first place...but it was the brother who made it worse.
Plus who would immediately trust a child from the streets instead of the two children you raised...
