Guys may I ask what chapter in the manga is the last episode for the royal tutor anime?

There's not exactly one. Some details are extra since the beginning of the story and even Heine and Viktor's past is different and revealed much further in the story with many many more adventures and plots unfolding. So there isn't actually a connection. With you will take my advice, read it all since the beginning and have fun with every little page ;)
