nah, like her brother, Char's ex-fiance(pretend there's an accent) is also blond. They're not the same people though. It was her ex-fiance just appeared in the most recent chapter, not her brother. And if you have trouble differentiating them in the future, I just remind myself that the brother has the same coloured eyes as the duke, both the brothers do in fact, whereas the ex-fiance has green eyes.
So both bro n ex-fiance have blond hair, but ex-fiance has green eyes.
