Interesting plot and I'm kinda into stories with game-like interface in action

But do you like these types of stories because you don't have anything really exciting in your life so switch to the most interesting and/ or do you read things like this because you know you won't have a life as interesting so you read about others? I'm doing an essay and I need real info. thank you so much tho
I just find stories where a person goes inside a novel interesting. I've read a few stories like this and I really love this whole thing

But I think it's just that I like to see the MC being strong and so op, he defeats
... he defeats everyone... And just being handsome is a factor as to why I love isekai... Also, do u get that feeling of when the MC succeed in kiling someone that was said to have not been beaten, I just feel proud of them like that was me. Yk...

Escapism, just like Dokja before the apocalypse started. It's a way of running away and finding comfort in stories. In these kinds of stories, I know the op mc is going win and become stronger, unlike real life.

I really love this series bcs they have good and equal representation of women,an MC who is not overly over powered but uses his knowledge of future for his and his party's benefits. More thing, his extra knowledge doesn't give him too much of an advantage as he keep getting into a bigger mess bcs of it and grows and discovers more throughout it. The character and plot development is so well thought out, it interests me bcs I like thriller and confusing, intricate plots. About why I like action and isekai, it's mostly bcs escapism and I wonder about the true nature of humans when it's about sole survival and skills. (Hope it helps I loved to pour out my feelings and love)
