What anime?

a lot of time ago i watched an anime, of which I don't remember much. If you could tell me the title i'd be really grateful. So, what I remember is a scene where there was a girl and some guys sliced her shirt open and sprayed her with pepper spray (?). I'm not really sure how it exactly goes, it's been more then three years. Also I think I remember something about cats and dogs but that's very probably a mistake and it wasn't even in the anime. Probably. Also, it was a shoujo and a school manga? The school was separated in boys and girls (?) I don't even know. I'm sure about the first scene I described. Thank you :)
