I think it’s cuz he wished for it so he could go back and be with her in a better way so he kinda had a titty feeling but she was too focused on using it as an opportunity to be a better mom to Elle notice him and stuff so that’s how I’m assuming why she didn’t notice, maybe one day tho
the fact that he immediately thought of how she could’ve come back to the past too but she interpreted his change of personality differently is interesting to me (づ￣ ³￣)づ
