One where the ra (slang term for the IRA -or Irish Republican Army-, a group of freedom fighters/terrorists whose goal is the reunification of northern and southern Ireland) for some reason decided kidnapping the son of the (*american*) secretary for homeland security would somehow further The Cause?????
