Tanta is with the that weird horned guy, if u read the other stories like the bird guy and that man, the snake explains that when a wandering god falls in love (for example a human) it's form changes to the same as the person he loves (if it's a dog, he'll turn into a dog) SOOOO the horned guy turned into a bird dog ashjkasj like Tanta
