Therapy Game is a great one. But there is a Prequel that I really recommend. Shouhei is a virgin, but I don't think he's all that naive. But Mito-san is a 'gap' seme, so he's the pretty one. Minato- the openly gay uke of Therapy Game is introduced in the prequel and he's one of my favorite characters ever. He and Shizuma are a great couple. Here's my list that contains the series and others. I also recommend Kamisama no Uroko, Jackass!, Blue Sky Complex, Honto Yajuu, Minori no Te, and others.

Ahhh they’re so good I found them (the therapy game mangas) ages ago and have reread them soo many times ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ Shizuma is the one who’s actually one of my favourite characters ever lol but minato is also amazing! Plus behind the desk, wolf in the house and blood bank all have great plots! I haven’t finished blue sky complex yet but it’s really good so far~ sorry I just wasn’t expecting to see so many of my favourites lol

Well it looked like they were only in middle school so maybe 14-15 and he was just starting puberty so hormones are raging - on top of the carnivore thing, plus he really didn’t wanna hurt shiba and I doubt he was thinking of going out and finding someone else so when she came up to him and said he basically had to be with her if he still wanted to be with shiba, it must have felt like the only option
i didnt rlly get the tutor part.. like wdym there was nothing else they couldve done? i dont get it was he that naive? surely he couldve done something else besides do it with the first person he saw. anyways im tired of these mangas where the seme is always the experienced one and the uke is an “innocent virgin”
